Can you have electrolytes every day?

nor is designed for ordinary days: one stick in a bottle of water, once a day. Water comes first, and nobody needs nor; it's for when you'd like something in your bottle. If you have a health condition, watch your blood pressure or are pregnant, ask your doctor before adding any electrolyte drink.

Made for once a day

nor isn't a race-day product. It's made for the days in between: the desk, the commute, the walk home. One stick, once a day, is how it's meant to be used, and we'll never suggest more.

Water comes first

Plain water is the everyday drink, and nor doesn't change that. It's something to put in the bottle when you'd like a soft citrus taste, with no added caffeine.

When to ask a doctor

If you have a health condition, watch your blood pressure or are pregnant, ask your doctor before adding any electrolyte drink to your day, nor included. The exact recipe will be on the label, so it's easy to check.

Questions

Is it for people who prefer less sodium?

That's who we have in mind: potassium and magnesium alongside sodium, with a soft citrus flavour. The exact amounts will be on the label when the recipe is final.

Do I need it if I already drink water?

No. Water comes first, and nobody needs nor. It's for when you'd like something in the bottle.

Can I have two in a day?

nor is made for one stick a day, and that's how we recommend using it.
